When the two women behind Voyages Imaginaires joined forces, one thing was clear: this could only end well. Isabelle Doyen and Camille Goutal are the definition of a match made in perfume heaven. Doyen was already considered one of the stars of the fragrance scene, creating scents for some of the most renowned names in niche perfumery. Goutal began her career as a studio photographer before Doyen introduced her to the art of perfume creation. As a newer nose, Goutal brings a fresh perspective, while still shaping the visual universe and aesthetic identity of Voyages Imaginaires to this day.
Both founders associate fragrance with their most vivid memories – from the scent of a grandfather’s apartment to the peppermint aroma of a favorite childhood chewing gum. For Goutal and Doyen, scent shapes lived reality and fuels the imagination. Through Voyages Imaginaires, they bottle this richness of inspiration, infused with influences from literature and music.
