Almond oil comes from the Middle East as well as Southeast Asia and contains valuable minerals, proteins, and essential fatty acids, potassium, zinc, and vitamin E. It is known to increase collagen content and provide moisture to sun-damaged and dry skin – it is often used for eczema. Argan oil from the nuts of the Moroccan argan tree (Argania Spinosa) is packed with vitamin E and omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids and is considered a miracle remedy for skin and hair due to its amazing healing, antioxidant, and moisturizing properties.
